CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a light touch technique which helps to release restrictions and tensions held deep in the body. This enables the body’s own natural healing ability to restore balance and function.

CST has been found to help relieve a wide range of problems associated with pain, discomfort and dysfunction. It enhances health and overall well being. As it is such a gentle form of treatment, it is suitable for all ages from newborns to elders.

The issues people who have come for CST with are many and varied and can include: headaches, neck and back pain, musculoskeletal pain, acute and chronic conditions, jaw problems, anxiety, emotional issues, digestive complaints, sleep problems, trauma (emotional and physical), low energy or immunity, respiratory complaints, reproductive issues, newborns’ problems, learning or concentration difficulties in children, nerve pain, life changing events or situations. (CST is not a replacement for appropriate medical care. If there are medical concerns please consult your medical practitioner.)

Eileen Doody MIFA CST MCSS has been practising complementary therapies since 1994. She trained and qualified with the Upledger Institute International to advanced level in CranioSacral Therapy techniques, SomatoEmotional Release and Paediatrics.
