“CARING FOR YOUR EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL WELL BEING”

Eileen Doody MIFA CST MCSS has been practising complementary therapies since 1994 and was previously based in Cork in the South of Ireland. She qualified in Aromatherapy with the London School of Aromatherapy and in CranioSacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute. Eileen is also qualified in Reflexology, Reiki and Indian Head Massage. She is a member of the International Federation of Aromatherapists and the CranioSacral Society.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a light touch technique addressing restrictions in the craniosacral system, i.e. the membranes and fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Restrictions here may impact the central nervous system affecting our overall health and well being. CST assists the body to release deeply held tension and trauma helping to improve function so the body can operate at it’s best. CranioSacral Therapy was developed in the 1970’s by Dr. John Upledger, an Osteopathic Physician in the USA. As it is such a gentle form of treatment, it is suitable for all ages from newborns to elders.

CranioSacral Therapy has been found to help relieve a wide range of problems associated with pain, discomfort and dysfunction. The issues people come with for CST are many and varied and can include stress, headaches, musculoskeletal pain, newborns’ problems, emotional issues and acute and chronic conditions.

Eileen is trained to advanced level in CranioSacral Therapy techniques, SomatoEmotional Release and Paediatrics.

If you have any questions on the therapies Eileen provides or you would like to make an appointment, please contact her on 07803 731161 or eileen.doody28@yahoo.com
